Deep Tissue
Focused, firm-pressure work that reaches the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue — ideal for chronic tension, knotted areas, and tightness that surface-level massage doesn't resolve.
Swedish
Flowing, relaxing massage using long strokes and gentle-to-medium pressure. Eases stress, improves circulation, and leaves you calm and loosened up — a great reset or first session.
Myofascial Release
Slow, sustained pressure applied to areas of restriction in the fascia — the connective tissue wrapping your muscles. Effective for chronic tightness, old injuries, and stubborn limits in range of motion.
